Texas Licensed Transportation Adjuster

Job Summary

To efficiently resolve commercial transportation claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Transportation Adjuster will handle first party property damage, heavy equipment, and cargo damage claims remotely while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate routine and complex claims in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and apply coverage while controlling loss adjustment expenses and managing reserves
• Document all correspondence and complete multi-page reports for each claim

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial transportation and/or auto liability claims
• Active Texas All Lines Adjuster License or ability to obtain one promptly
• Exceptional capability in reviewing and applying policy coverages
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home-based environment
