Texas Licensed Transportation Adjuster
Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Transportation Adjuster, the full-time remote professional will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and adjudicate claims, including Collision, Cargo, Property Damage, and Bodily Injury
- Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate claim resolution
- Document all correspondence and decisions in the claims system while maintaining accurate reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish (read & write)
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial transportation experience
- Valid Texas all lines license; additional licenses (Florida, New Mexico) are a plus
- Litigation experience is required
- Superior report writing and time management skills
