Job Summary

To support pharmacy benefits operations, the full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse will process prior authorizations and appeals remotely, managing inbound and outbound calls while ensuring compliance with clinical criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Process and communicate commercial prior authorizations and appeals for pharmacy benefits
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, meeting productivity and quality expectations
• Review complex requests and complete accurate documentation and data entry

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of residence
• Minimum of 2 years recent prior authorization experience in a PBM, medical office, or clinical setting
• Experience with CoverMyMeds or similar platforms preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to work in a sedentary desk-based role with reliable attendance
