Job Summary
To drive engineering-led business transformation in healthcare and life sciences, the full-time Texas Licensed VP Client Services will manage strategic enterprise accounts, foster executive relationships, and oversee operational excellence while working remotely or onsite as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a significant strategic enterprise account, ensuring revenue expansion and client satisfaction
- Partner with Business Development to align client needs with engineering, cloud, data, and AI capabilities for account expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, guiding enterprise transformation through healthcare expertise and AI solutions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting, client service, or account leadership experience within healthcare or life sciences
- 10+ years leading technology-enabled business transformation initiatives in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare enterprises
- Deep expertise in life sciences commercialization processes, including pricing and contracting
- Proven experience growing strategic enterprise accounts through engineering services and digital transformation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experience
