Experienced in managing complex claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will utilize a minimum of 5 years of claims experience to analyze and resolve workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
- Interact extensively with claimants and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claims outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, OK, and/or UT
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
