Texas Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Job Summary

As a senior technical expert, the fully remote Texas Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster will manage complex, high-exposure claims, provide technical guidance, and serve as a resource for clients and colleagues while being based in Texas.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct complex claims investigations and maintain detailed plans of action for high-exposure cases
• Lead medical management and vocational rehabilitation efforts on catastrophic claims
• Direct the litigation process for complex files, including negotiations and settlement conferences

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of workers' compensation claims experience, including 5 years of independent indemnity management
• Active Texas Workers' Compensation or all lines license required; multi-state preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of public entity liability claims and self-insured programs
• Demonstrated experience in directing complex litigation and advanced knowledge of PD rating and lien resolution
• Proficiency in claims administration platforms and Microsoft Office
