Job Summary
Supporting complex commercial litigation matters, the remote full-time Texas or Illinois Licensed Staff Attorney will conduct document reviews, apply coding guidelines, and assist with trial preparation while working with leading e-discovery platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct first- and second-level review of ESI for responsiveness, relevance, and privilege
- Identify key facts, themes, and timelines relevant to case strategy
- Support deposition, motion, and trial preparation through targeted document analysis
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (Texas preferred; Illinois also considered)
- Experience with complex commercial litigation
- Strong familiarity with e-discovery platforms and review workflows
