Job Summary
To support customers and dealers in optimizing product performance, the full-time Texas Product Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and execute training on technology offerings while working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities:
- Support customers and dealers to enhance the performance and efficiency of products and technology offerings
- Execute education and training sessions on product and technology suite, collaborating with peers and the dealer network
- Assist in product demonstrations and customer visits to build relationships and collect feedback
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or technical support in the agricultural industry
- Experience operating agricultural equipment and strong knowledge of technology products in agriculture
- Strong agronomy knowledge and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Salesforce CRM experience and 2+ years of sales experience in a dealer-based distribution channel
