Texas Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic growth, the full-time salaried Texas Senior Finance Manager will co-own the business unit strategy and results, lead financial analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and co-own the business unit strategy, shaping growth initiatives and financial integrity
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring data-driven insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with business leaders on pricing, investments, and commercial decisions, influencing strategic outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions as a trusted partner to senior management
- Strong foundation in US GAAP and/or IFRS, with experience in internal controls and audit
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including the ability to build models from scratch
- Experience with Oracle analytical platforms or comparable ERP and data warehouse tools
