To redefine payment solutions, the full-time Texas Senior Software Engineer will code, test, and analyze software while driving the Software Development Life Cycle and providing technical leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Code, test, analyze, and review software for accuracy, functionality, performance, and security
- Drive the Software Development Life Cycle, defining sprint goals and leading product launches
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field
- 7 years of experience as a Java developer
- 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise software development and performance tuning
- 5 years of experience in Spring Framework or equivalent
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a fintech environment
