Job Summary

To support talent acquisition for a growing Texas market, the full-time Texas Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process for key store leadership positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors through various channels
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Collaborate with the Texas Talent Acquisition Lead and store operations leaders to prioritize hiring needs and monitor candidate progress

Required Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed or similar job boards
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with a preference for experience using Paradox
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously
• Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring priorities as expansion plans progress
