Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster will leverage 5+ years of claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
