Job Summary
Leading the MA in Theological Studies program, the full-time Faculty/Program Director will manage graduate-level theology programs and undergraduate courses online, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and the university's Christ-centered mission while teaching 27 credit hours annually.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure students experience exceptional and transformative learning in theology programs
- Continuously assess and improve program content, instructor performance, and student experience
- Oversee the development and evaluation of course materials and collaborate with marketing to promote programs
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD) in a theological discipline is required
- Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in higher education
- Experience teaching adults through online learning management systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience in program administration or academic management
