Third Party Liability Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and managing accounts transferred to litigation, the full-time Third Party Liability Claims Specialist will assess insurance information, communicate with attorneys and adjusters, and handle lien filings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contact attorneys and adjusters to follow up on case statuses and send necessary documentation
• Review and manage adjuster-only accounts to file liens or track settlements effectively
• Evaluate accounts for lien filing eligibility and collaborate with litigation team members as needed

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• General understanding of relevant legal knowledge related to claims
• Ability to produce accurate work while managing multiple priorities under minimal supervision
• Capacity to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment with a secure internet connection
• Residency in one of the specified states within the United States
