Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for third-party risk management, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage requests, communicate status updates, and ensure timely follow-up while guiding stakeholders through the clearance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties regarding TPRM requests
• Explain clearance requirements and timelines, set expectations, and proactively communicate status updates and next steps
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of active records, prioritizing requests based on urgency, business impact, and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, intake, coordination, or project/program support role
• Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational skills and consistent follow-up
