Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for third-party risk management, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage requests, communicate status updates, and ensure timely follow-up while supporting business engagement teams and procurement specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for engagement teams and third parties regarding TPRM requests
• Explain clearance requirements and timelines, and proactively communicate status updates
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of active records, prioritizing requests based on urgency and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or project support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Experience with stakeholder support and maintaining accurate documentation
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
