Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for business engagement teams and third parties, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage TPRM requests, communicate status updates, and ensure timely follow-up through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for engagement teams and procurement specialists regarding TPRM requests
• Explain clearance requirements and timelines, proactively communicate status updates, and manage a high-volume portfolio of active records
• Coordinate renewals and end-of-performance withdrawals throughout the contract lifecycle while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or project support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction
• A bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
