Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for third-party risk management, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage requests, communicate status updates, and ensure timely follow-up while supporting engagement teams and procurement specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for TPRM requests, explaining clearance requirements and timelines
• Route requests to appropriate risk teams and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records in TPRM Gateway and related systems while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve delays

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor onboarding is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
