Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will coordinate between business engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties, guiding stakeholders through the third-party risk management clearance process while tracking requests and ensuring timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for TPRM requests, explaining clearance requirements and timelines
• Route requests to appropriate risk teams and follow up regularly to ensure timely completion
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of active records, prioritizing requests based on urgency and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or project support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor onboarding is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
