Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for vendor risk and compliance, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage requests from engagement teams and procurement specialists, track progress, and ensure timely communication throughout the third-party risk management process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for TPRM requests, explaining clearance requirements and timelines
• Route requests to the appropriate risk teams and manage follow-ups to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records in TPRM Gateway and coordinate renewals and end-of-performance withdrawals

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing, service desk, or project support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor onboarding is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
