Third-Party Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the primary coordination point for third-party risk management, the remote Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst will manage requests, communicate status updates, and ensure timely follow-up without conducting risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for engagement teams and third parties regarding TPRM requests
• Explain clearance requirements, set expectations, and proactively communicate status updates
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of requests, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing or coordination role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• General awareness of third-party risk management concepts is preferred
