Third Party Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for the Enterprise Vendor Risk Management program, the full-time Manager, Third Party Risk Management will establish governance, drive program strategy, and enhance third-party risk management capabilities while collaborating with executive leadership and various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ownership for the Third-Party Risk Management program, establishing long-term vision and governance
• Develop and execute the enterprise Third-Party Risk Management strategy aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory expectations
• Lead a high-performing team by developing talent, coaching leaders, and establishing performance expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; 1+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Deep understanding of the third-party risk management lifecycle and applicable risk and regulatory frameworks
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on accountability and execution quality
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex risk information
• Ability to influence and partner across functions without direct authority
