Third Party Risk Manager

Job Summary

As an integral part of a growing team, the full-time Third Party Risk Manager will conduct third-party risk assessments, support risk reporting, and provide oversight to mitigate risks associated with third parties, with opportunities for remote work within Canada or the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete third-party risk assessments, risk rate third parties, and track issues through resolution
• Review and challenge first-line due diligence and ongoing monitoring, including oversight of reporting and approvals
• Support the maintenance of third-party risk reporting and metrics for management and governance forums

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of third-party risk management experience, including 2+ years in a regulated financial services environment
• Working knowledge of regulatory guidance on third-party risk and industry practices across the third-party lifecycle
• Hands-on experience completing third-party risk assessments across multiple risk domains
• Experience supporting audits or exams of a TPRM program
• Solid program and project management skills, with experience driving process improvements across cross-functional components
