Thought Leadership Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Managing the production process for the Thought Leadership department, the full-time salaried Thought Leadership Portfolio Delivery Lead will oversee project initiation through publication, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run project team meetings and maintain schedules while ensuring all initiatives meet their commitments
• Coordinate contributions across various functions within Thought Leadership, managing delivery accountability effectively
• Develop project charters, schedules, and risk logs to maintain a predictable operational rhythm

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management with a track record of managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience in content, editorial, research, or campaign production from initiation through publication
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet
• PMP, PgMP, and/or PfMP certification preferred
