Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Threat Analyst will provide tier 2 and 3 support, analyze web traffic data to identify malicious activity, and collaborate with threat researchers to enhance detection capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and 3 support to customers while collaborating with threat researchers and data scientists
- Analyze large web traffic data sets to identify and block malicious traffic
- Create automated scripts to detect anomalies and enhance the detection platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python
- Expertise in network or web infrastructure, including HTML, HTTP, CDN, DNS, and IPv4/IPv6
- Proficiency in at least one database language, such as MySQL, NoSQL, or ElasticSearch
