Threat Analyst Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time ASO Threat Analyst Manager will oversee daily operations, incident handling, and threat analysis in a remote environment, while ensuring service health and client satisfaction during second shift hours from Tuesday to Friday, 12PM-11PM Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily shift execution and queue management to meet client SLAs and SLOs
• Supervise and mentor the Threat Analysis team, ensuring quality control and operational alignment
• Engage with clients during high-pressure situations to de-escalate issues and provide actionable security recommendations

Required qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years in Information Security with a focus on threat analysis or systems administration
• 3+ years in a SOC, MDR, or MSSP environment, including supervisory or senior escalation experience
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted triage and modern operational environments
• Working knowledge of EDR/XDR and SIEM tools, such as Google SecOps or CrowdStrike
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent operational experience
