Threat Assessment Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Threat Assessment Manager, the successful candidate will assess and manage workplace violence concerns, direct and indirect threats against associates and assets, and support corporate security initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and providing crisis support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct threat assessments and investigations, utilizing various sources and platforms for accurate monitoring
• Provide direct support to associates experiencing crises, such as suicidality and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address workplace violence issues and develop training programs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience conducting Threat Assessments
• At least 4 years conducting investigations in private sector corporate investigations, law enforcement, or related fields
• Experience using a Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ) approach to Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM)
• At least 4 years of experience working directly with individuals in crisis
