Threat Researcher

Job Summary

To support the Threat Intelligence team, the full-time remote Threat Researcher will conduct original research into active campaigns and emerging attack techniques, synthesize complex intelligence into actionable insights, and create tailored intelligence products for various audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Independently scope and lead complex threat intelligence investigations, evaluating evidence and developing assessments
• Synthesize intelligence from multiple sources into clear narratives and recommendations tailored to specific audiences
• Produce a variety of intelligence deliverables, including threat briefs, analytical reports, and customer-facing presentations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC operations, or a closely related cybersecurity discipline
• Strong ability to synthesize technical research and data into clear intelligence assessments and narratives
• Demonstrated experience conducting security research and producing written intelligence for different audiences
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data analysis in support of threat intelligence research
