TICO Certified Air Agent

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time TICO Certified Air Agent will utilize GDS systems to prepare air itineraries, process ticket requests, and provide exceptional customer service remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare air itineraries using preferred airline suppliers and manage schedule changes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work directly with customers to understand their travel needs and deliver appropriate solutions
• Process ticket requests and manage internal queues while adhering to company policies and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry with extensive knowledge of ticketing
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS systems and TICO certification required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle reissuing BSP and ARC documents
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
