Job Summary

Owning the organic TikTok channel end-to-end, the contract TikTok Channel Manager will manage content creation, trend identification, and channel health while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the organic TikTok channel, overseeing programming, publishing cadence, and day-to-day channel health
• Identify and capitalize on trends, platform features, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content
• Lead all aspects of content production, from insight and concept through to publishing and performance optimization

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience growing an organic TikTok channel or managing a high-volume short-form video program
• A portfolio showcasing personal contributions to content creation and successful account growth
• Expertise in short-form production and editing using tools like CapCut or Premiere
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, and organic growth strategies
• Experience directing talent and managing creator partnerships through briefs and deliverables
