Owning the Euka platform and managing a Discord community, the full-time TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Community Manager will activate creators, provide feedback on content, and build systems for community engagement while working remotely with hours aligned to early US Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Euka platform, including CRM, segments, automations, and creator activation
- Provide specific feedback on creator videos in Discord to facilitate improvement
- Plan and execute affiliate contests and manage retainer and ambassador programs
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Euka as an affiliate CRM/creator management platform
- Experience managing or growing a community on Discord
- Ability to provide specific and constructive feedback on creator content
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and execute necessary tasks
- Flexibility to work hours aligned with early US Pacific Time and some UK afternoon overlap
