TikTok Shop Manager

Job Summary

To drive sales and enhance performance on one of retail's fastest-growing platforms, the remote TikTok Shop Manager will manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop, oversee creator partnerships and affiliate programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize strategies for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, including listings, pricing, and storefront merchandising
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize product pages and increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue
• Recruit and nurture creators and affiliates, building partnerships that enhance brand visibility and sales

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, social commerce, or digital marketing
• 1-3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience, with familiarity in Seller Center and Affiliate Center
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends and social commerce best practices
• Proven track record of managing creator partnerships and driving revenue growth
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
