Time & Attendance Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of Time & Attendance processes across multiple entities in the EMEAI region, the full-time EMEAI Time & Attendance Specialist will ensure data accuracy and compliance, act as a subject matter expert for T&A systems, and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams, with the flexibility to work hybrid or remotely from Poland or other EMEAI locations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of Time & Attendance processes and ensure data accuracy for payroll processing
- Act as a super-user for T&A systems, maintaining data integrity and resolving system issues
- Contribute to T&A process harmonization initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts
Required qualifications
- Experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, or HR Operations
- Familiarity with HR / Payroll / T&A systems
- Strong understanding of T&A processes and their interaction with payroll
- Ability to work independently in a multi-country, complex environment
- Experience in system implementation or process harmonization projects is preferred
