Title Curative Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Title Curative Analyst will evaluate title reports, file loan policy insurance claims, and facilitate communication with attorneys and underwriters to resolve title issues based on legal counsel recommendations and state laws.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze complex title issues to determine resolution steps
- Maintain a portfolio of title issues and detailed records of claim resolutions
- Investigate title issues initiated by borrower correspondence and escalate potential risks to management
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification preferred
- Two to four years of related experience in title insurance or property law
- Extensive knowledge of legal terminology related to title insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and regulations
