Job Summary
Leading a remote title clearance team, the full-time Title Manager will provide direction, manage workloads, and promote team development while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations
- Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals
- Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant proficiency
- At least 10 years of experience in a title leadership role
- Experience in title insurance and lending services preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, CSC, NETRO, and corporate document review
