Job Summary
Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Title Reviewer I will support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles to determine the legal condition of property titles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and the legal condition of titles
- Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
- Performs a variety of support functions to assist in departmental processes and follows defined procedures for daily tasks
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of related work experience typically required
- Familiarity with public records and title examination processes is a plus
