Title Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of Analysts, the remote contract Title Team Lead will oversee the review of commercial and residential property reports, ensuring title issues are resolved in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the title pipeline, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and addressing potential bottlenecks
• Collaborate with key departments to facilitate smooth workflow and timely resolution of title-related issues
• Identify and resolve title issues, preparing necessary affidavits and requests to clear liens or encumbrances on property titles

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in a lending or mortgage environment, with at least one year of title-related real estate experience preferred
• A minimum of one year of customer support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internal CRM systems
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal
