Top Secret Facility Security Officer

Job Summary

Seeking a Part-Time Facility Security Officer with active Top Secret clearance, this fully remote position will manage security assessments, interface with customer and government security representatives, and lead the Insider Threat Program while accommodating a flexible work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point-of-contact with the DCSA and proactively address their requirements
• Lead the design and implementation of the internal Insider Threat Program to enhance awareness across the company
• Oversee employee security clearances, including initial requests and reinvestigations, and conduct security briefings and debriefings

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Facility Security Officer experience as a federal government contractor
• Familiarity with the Department of Defense and National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)
• Proficiency in DISS, NISS, and other security databases
• Active Top Secret DoD Clearance
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality work results
