Top Secret Facility Security Officer

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of industrial security and compliance, the full-time Top Secret Facility Security Officer will oversee personnel clearances, maintain accountability of sensitive materials, and act as the primary liaison with government security representatives in a remote corporate environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage clearance processing and daily operations of security systems for eligibility checks and investigations
• Prepare and maintain DD254s for classified contracts while ensuring proper safeguarding of classified materials
• Conduct periodic self-inspections and support formal government security reviews to ensure compliance with security requirements

Required qualifications:

• Must hold an active Top Secret Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience in industrial security, personnel security, or classified program management
• Expert proficiency with DISS, NBIS, eQIP, Scattered Castles, and JPAS/SII
• Strong understanding of classified contract requirements and DD254 interpretation
• Experience conducting self-inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
