Job Summary
Leading the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Integration Specialist will support multiple contracts and serve as a liaison with government and industry stakeholders while managing program risks and compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple projects, tracking schedules and critical deliverables
- Identifies and mitigates program risks and compliance requirements while developing strategies to ensure initiatives remain on track
- Prepares executive briefings and documentation to support senior leadership and government decision-making
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management in highly regulated environments
- Demonstrable success supporting complex government programs, preferably with the DoD
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
- Experience interacting with and briefing senior government and industry leaders
