Job Summary
To support mission-focused systems, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will design, integrate, and sustain scalable systems remotely within the continental United States, collaborating with software engineers and data scientists to ensure reliable operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of systems that support analytical workflows and operational users
- Translate mission and user needs into technical requirements, system designs, and operational processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and security of applications, data pipelines, and infrastructure components
Required qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen with a current Top Secret security clearance or DHS/CBP suitability
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, software integration, or mission system sustainment
- Experience in translating mission and stakeholder needs into technical requirements and system designs
- Working knowledge of modern software, data, and infrastructure concepts, including APIs and cloud environments
