Job Summary
Supporting a company-wide job architecture initiative, the temporary Total Rewards Analyst will manage compensation-focused analysis, job evaluation, and data integrity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and evaluate the organization's job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and standardized titles
- Support the development of salary structures and conduct market analysis to recommend appropriate compensation ranges
- Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs, ensuring compliance with enrollment and eligibility requirements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in job architecture, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Experience with HRIS data management and maintaining employee organizational data
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience supporting multi-jurisdictional programs across the US and Canada
