Job Summary
Supporting the administration and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will manage day-to-day operations, provide analytical support for initiatives, and ensure compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs, ensuring accurate execution and a positive employee experience
- Conduct compensation market pricing and benchmarking to support salary structures and internal equity
- Prepare compensation analyses and recommendations for employee pay actions within established guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related Total Rewards discipline
- Experience supporting US benefit renewals and HRIS data
- Progress toward a relevant professional certification such as CCP or GRP is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and modeling
