Job Summary
Providing analytical and operational support for global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, the full-time remote Total Rewards Analyst will conduct market pricing, support annual compensation processes, and maintain data governance while ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compensation market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations to support salary structures and internal equity
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, budgeting, and data audits
- Analyze benefit plan design and market competitiveness while maintaining and validating Total Rewards data across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related Total Rewards discipline
- Familiarity with UKG is preferred
- Progress toward a relevant professional certification such as CCP or GRP is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation and modeling
