Total Rewards Lead

Job Summary

Owning the benefits, compensation, and equity administration, the full-time Total Rewards Lead will collaborate with leadership and various departments to shape and manage total rewards programs in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the benefits program, including vendor management, open enrollment, and renewals for all employee types
• Document and refine the compensation philosophy, creating guidelines for managers and recruiters
• Conduct pay equity reviews and ensure compliance with total rewards regulations, including FLSA and ACA

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards with ownership of benefits, compensation, and equity
• Proven track record of building programs in high-growth companies
• Experience in managing merit and promotion cycles
• Working knowledge of equity administration in a private, high-growth environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior leadership
