Job Summary
Seeking a strategic Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and reward initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and India in a full-time remote role, where the successful candidate will drive employee engagement and ensure competitive and compliant programs for a diverse workforce of approximately 4,000 employees.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and incentive planning, while conducting market benchmarking and job evaluations
- Oversee regional benefits programs and manage relationships with benefits providers and consultants, ensuring compliance with local regulations
Required qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a regional or global role
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and reward governance
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and advanced Excel skills
- Professional reward qualifications such as CCP, GRP, or equivalent are advantageous
