Total Rewards Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the compensation systems and tools, the full-time salaried Total Rewards Senior Analyst will manage work tickets, conduct audits, and create training materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Log and track work tickets with product suppliers and provide guidance on system usage
• Participate in department audits and generate reports based on findings
• Create training materials, presentations, and correspondence for end users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations
