Job Summary
Managing the performance and governance of third-party claims service providers, the full-time TPA Manager will oversee audits, support fee negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the delegated authority framework and onboard TPAs for acquired portfolios
- Oversee audits and action plans to ensure providers meet claims-handling standards
- Support procurement activities and continuous improvement of the TPA operating model
Required qualifications
- Strong experience managing outsourced claims providers in Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's business
- Expertise in commercial contracts and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Analytical skills with a detail-oriented, outcomes-focused approach
