Track & Trace Representative

Job Summary

Working in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Track & Trace Representative will coordinate day-to-day shipments, provide visibility, and maintain accurate documentation for all loads while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software and initiate check calls to track drivers on pickups and deliveries
• Monitor freight via multiple websites to ensure accurate delivery times and communicate potential delays to customers
• Maintain an outbound call volume of 100 calls per day while collaborating with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer issues

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of work experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree preferred
• Above average proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Call center experience is a bonus
