Trade Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Trade Analyst will manage entry corrections, monitor regulatory compliance, and resolve client inquiries while leveraging trade applications and software in the dynamic field of international trade.

Key responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests, adhering to Customs deadlines
• Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients while monitoring corrections for refunds from Customs
• Utilize trade applications to analyze import/export data and contribute to process development and improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in trade compliance or brokerage operations
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge in areas such as classification, restricted party screening, and post-entry claims
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
